I really enjoy reading this magazine and discovering what instructors the world over are saying about this style and martial arts in general. I call it the 'Wing Chun bible'.

I was asked by WCI's Editor-in-Chief and publisher, *Eric Lilleør  to contribute an article.

 

In this article, I focussed and expanded on a chapter in the book, so even those who have not read the book yet will get an understanding of what 'lead in's are and how to apply them to Wing Chun (or general martial arts) training.

​

*Eric was inducted into the Wing Chun Hall of Fame in 2016 for his contributions to the art.
