Tai Chi - Yang & Chen
We teach both the Yang and Chen styles of Tai Chi Chuan.
Generally known as a system to improve health, and is certainly more easy going than say, Kung Fu, or other vigorous martial arts styles.
That should not infer that the system has no practical martial arts benefits. This is a system practised by any age, but is not exclusively for older people, though martial artists of much experience may decide to try this style as a top up and complement to their solid grounding in martial arts.
Far from being a top-up in itself, Tai Chi could be considered the greatest of all the styles, offering physical benefits, spiritual guidance, emotional calm, and yes - a great fighting ability.
